East Gippsland Family History Group are passionate about researching family histories.  The Group was formed in 1979 and has grown to be one of the larger regional family history groups.

What we do:
We promote family history research, locally and worldwide.
We collect, preserve, index and make available family history research, local historical documents and records.

Our Resource Centre is open to members and the public, we offer a range of research options and advice from our experienced and friendly researchers, in a relaxed and cheerful environment suited to research and socialising.

Who knows, amongst our many and in some cases unique resources and with the help of our friendly and knowledgeable volunteers, you may find your ancestors and the tapestry that made up their lives and our history.
